OUR APPROACH

Eating disorders are not about food, weight, or shape.

At Embodied Eating, we believe that difficulties with food and the body are often a reflection of something deeper — pain, trauma, identity, or a need for control. Real recovery means gently exploring those roots.

Helen West and Dr Sophie Stark bring together dietetic expertise and psychological therapy, so that healing happens on every level.

Trauma-informed · Weight-neutral · HAES-aligned · Neurodiversity affirming · LGBTQ+ inclusive
